Chasing The Dream

SEP 23, 2006 - After the accident
I'm doing better. Most of time, I don't use crutches to walk except to walk long distance like walking in the park. Utah is getting colder, today's high is mid 60's and that makes my sore spot feel more sore, especially pelvis. My knee is doing good, did I tell you about my right shoulder? I went physical therapy when I got back from Cody, he said probably I got another fracture in my AC joint. Why "probably"? 'Cause I didn't take X-ray for this [laugh]. He recommend to put 2 plates as brace, but I would loose shoulder's flexibility. That's not good. 'Cause this is my free arm, so we take plan B which is to build extra muscle on the shoulder to cover these spots. Now, I'm working on excising. My left elbow has Lateral epicondylitis, a.k.a. "tennis elbow".  Doing 4 different kinds of stretches 3 times a day, it's still sore. It will also take 4-6 weeks to heal. Oh, well...
